• Technical & organisational measures are implemented (TLS, access control, backups, limited access).

• In case of a personal data breach posing risk, notification to the AEPD within 72 hours and affected Users when required.

11. Cookies & Consent

We implement cookies and trackers in line with AEPD guidance:

• We provide a two-layer cookie approach: (1) an initial banner that gives clear accept / reject choices and access to “Settings”; (2) a detailed cookie policy explaining individual cookie names, purpose, provider, expiry and whether third-party. The AEPD requires a “reject” option in first layer banners.

• We log cookie consents and keep consent records (who, when, what was consented). The AEPD advises that cookie durations be limited, and the lifespan guidance of ~13 months is widely recommended.

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Unless mandatory consumer rules say otherwise, the Courts and Tribunals of Castile and León shall have exclusive jurisdiction. If any clause is held void, unenforceable or illegal, the remaining clauses shall remain in full force.
