1 — Book Your Day
Secure your Website in a Day by selecting your preferred date and completing our agreement. Within 24 hours (usually less!), you’ll get access to your exclusive Client Portal and your invoice for the deposit or full payment, depending on your chosen booking option.
Once your payment is confirmed, your Website in a Day is officially locked in — ensuring a full, uninterrupted day dedicated entirely to building your client-attracting, custom Squarespace website.

2 — Prep & Strategy
Before your Design Day, you’ll gather your content, branding, images, and complete your Website Content Workbook. Then, 7 days before your Design Day, we’ll have a 60-min strategy call to review everything, refine strategy, and make sure we’re ready to hit the ground running.
From there, I’ll review your materials, map out your site structure, refine your copy as needed, and prepare all technical and integration elements so Design Day runs smoothly and efficiently.

3 — Design & Launch
From 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM, I’ll be fully focused on your site — designing layouts, organizing content, and creating brand-aligned visuals.
From 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM, we’ll make final revisions to ensure your site looks perfect and works flawlessly.
At 6:30 PM, we’ll do a 60-minute Launch & Training where you’ll purchase your Squarespace plan (with my 20% annual discount), then I’ll transfer website ownership and we hit publish. I’ll also walk you through how to manage and update your website so you feel confident using it moving forward.

4 — Training & Support
After your website launches, your 2 weeks of follow-up support begins. I’ll answer questions, provide guidance, and troubleshoot any technical issues to ensure your new Squarespace website runs smoothly.
Plus you’ll also receive an access to my step-by-step tutorials and resources for DIY updates — so you feel confident managing and growing your website long after your Design Day. I get it — things happen, and sometimes you might need a little extra prep time before your Design Day. You’re allowed one reschedule if requested at least 14 days before your booked day and within 90 days of your deposit. If it’s less than 14 days, a $500 USD rescheduling fee applies.
