Nonprofit / Women & Children’s Advocacy & Support
Circle of Wellbeing
Circle of Wellbeing is a feminist, trauma-informed NGO supporting women and children in Lebanon’s Bekaa Valley. Through community-led programs in mental health, self-care, education, and emergency response, the organization creates safe spaces for healing, empowerment, and long-term resilience. The website presents their mission, impact, and values through a compassionate, immersive digital experience that builds trust and encourages meaningful involvement.
Challenge
Circle of Wellbeing needed a website that could hold emotional depth and clarity at the same time. Their work is sensitive, human-centered, and impact-driven — and their digital presence needed to reflect that without overwhelming visitors. The goal was to clearly communicate programs, values, and impact while creating accessible pathways for donations, volunteering, and partnerships, all within a structure that felt safe, respectful, and empowering.
Solution
I designed a custom Squarespace website for Circle of Wellbeing that balances warmth, structure, and clarity. The design centers on trauma-informed storytelling, intentional pacing, and accessible navigation. Key programs, impact metrics, and community stories are clearly presented, while donation and volunteer pathways are thoughtfully integrated — never aggressive, always aligned with the organization’s values. Fully responsive design ensures that supporters, partners, and community members can engage seamlessly across all devices.
Result
The new website strengthens Circle of Wellbeing’s online presence and positions the organization as a trusted, impactful NGO working at the intersection of mental health, gender justice, and community care. It builds confidence with donors and partners, encourages volunteer involvement, and increases global awareness of their work. By clearly showcasing programs, outcomes, and lived impact, the site supports Circle of Wellbeing’s mission to help women and children heal, grow, and thrive. This project demonstrates how intentional Squarespace design can support sensitive causes while still driving action, trust, and long-term engagement.
